Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Puerto Rico and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Please note that the confirmation or tracking email may sometimes land in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Domestic Shipping (Puerto Rico & USA)

We ship using USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on your order size and destination.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and delivery location.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping time begins once your order enters the fulfillment stage, not from the order date.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Mimusa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility.
